We are the only repair center in OC that offers IN-PERSON DROP OFFs and PICKUPS. We see clients by CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT only via email, NO walk-ins. Please email us to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. SWELLPRO WARRANTY and OUT-of-WARRANTY DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR
To start a SwellPro Drone Diagnosis and Repair Request please email us the following required info below in full (incomplete requests with missing requested info will be delayed):
- Serial number of the drone and the remote controller
- Date of purchase, Order number and Company purchased from
- Copy of purchase receipt or Order Confirmation (required, can be a screen capture of order / invoice confirmation if purchased online, must display full name, address etc)
- Description of the issues
- Where the drone was used, and brief description what happened
Please submit a clear photo of your device's serial number, your order confirmation number with date of purchase visible.
Your serial number can be found on the sticker on your motherboard (FD1) or on the sticker in your battery compartment (FD2, FD3, SD4).
We are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after the repair. Out of warranty repairs are done with OEM and original parts.
