SkyDroneLink is dedicated DJI Drone Repair & Service Center based in beautiful Orange County, California. Our mission is to get your DJI drone repaired and get it back up in the air. We are the only repair center in Orange County that offers in-person drop offs and pickups. We see customers by Confirmed Appointment only, no walk-ins, please email us to schedule an appointment. STANDARD DIAGNOSTIC FEE - $49* (DJI drones, out of warranty, excluding Inspire and Matrice drones) for drones without water damage (non-refundable for any reason once paid), that can be used towards the repair cost if you decide to proceed with the repair. Current turn around for standard diagnosis is 4-8 business days.
Diagnostic time varies depending on the damage and how busy we are, some drones may require additional time and testing. Repair time is NOT included in the diagnostic time frame and will be determined after the diagnosis only.
We also offer Expedited (1-3 business days) and Same Day Diagnosis (up to 24hrs) at extra fee, please email us.
For Inspire and Matrice Drones diagnostic fees please reach out to us directly via "Contact Us" form below along with your Inspire and Matrice drone model.
DIAGNOSTIC FEE for one DJI drone with WATER-DAMAGE - $99* (non-refundable for any reason, out of warranty, excluding Inspire and Matrice drones) and cannot be used towards the repair cost due to certain degree of cleaning and complex testing procedure. There is no guarantee that the water-damaged drone can be repaired, its case by case and depending how much water and rust is inside the drone.
*If a customer provides a DJI drone with modified or removed flight and altitude restrictions and does not disclose these modifications to us prior to service in writing, we will not be held responsible for any resulting flyaways, loss, or damage resulting from altered firmware or settings.
We do offer RUSH / Expedited REPAIR, with 1-3 business days repair turn around (additional to diagnosis) for an additional RUSH FEE depending on a drone model, the damage and parts availability, please email us for more info.
We are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after the repair. Repairs are done with OEM and original parts.
