SkyDroneLink is dedicated DJI Drone Repair & Service Center based out of Orange County, California focused on getting your DJI Drone back up and running.
If you would like to ship your drone to us for Diagnose and Repair, please email us via Contact Form (click here) and request your DJI drone diagnosis and repair instructions along with your model and the problem. Please note, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways. We require customers to purchase insurance and signature confirmation on return shipping.
STANDARD DIAGNOSTIC FEE - $69 for drones without water damage (non-refundable for any reason), that can be used towards the repair cost.
STANDARD DIAGNOSTIC FEE for INSPIRE drones - $89, without water damage (non-refundable and can be used towards the repair cost). The Diagnostic fee for Inspire drones with water damage will be $135 (non-refundable and cannot be used towards the repair cost if the drone is reparable).
DIAGNOSTIC FEE for drones with WATER DAMAGE - $99 (non-refundable for any reason) and cannot be used towards the repair cost due to certain degree of cleaning and complex testing procedure.
We do offer RUSH REPAIR (1-3 business days) for an Additional RUSH FEE depending on a drone model and the damage, email us for more info.
We are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after the repair. Repairs are done with OEM original parts. We don't provide a warranty.
We service most DJI drones including DJI Phantom 4 series, DJI Mavic Mini, DJI Mavic Mini 2, DJI Mavic Pro, DJI Mavic 2 Pro, DJI Mavic Platinum, DJI Mavic Air / Air 2, DJI Inspire and more.
